Return & Damage Policy

Returns

If you decide you want to return an item, contact us for a return authorization. Items must be shipped back to our location — the return address is listed on the original shipping label.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We must be notified of a return within 10 business days of receiving the order. A 20% restocking fee will be applied. We will provide a full refund, less the restocking fee, upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

This policy does not apply to large special purchases made by corporate or commercial accounts.


Damaged Shipments

We guarantee safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 3 business days of receiving the item. We will coordinate with the freight carrier to replace or reproduce the product as quickly as possible.

If the box or packaging appears crushed, please refuse delivery or contact us immediately before opening. For concealed damage, notify us within 3 days with photos for prompt assistance.


Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, ABF Freight, FedEx Freight, and Daylight Transport. Delivery signatures are required on most items to ensure safe arrival.
